The 2021 Nissan Rogue is Updated And Better Than Ever

The all-new 2021 Nissan Rogue enters the model year with extensive updates that are gaining the attention of compact SUV buyers. The exterior redesign elevates the profile from front to rear, and the popular Intelligent All-Wheel Drive gains more driving modes that adapt the Rogue to more surfaces. The 2021 Rogue is available in S, SV, and Platinum trim levels.

The 2021 Nissan Rogue takes on traffic in a new way

Each Rogue model includes a 2.5L four-cylinder engine that provides 181 horsepower, which is an increase from the previous model year. Torque also increases by 6 lb-ft to 181 lb -ft, adding responsiveness.

Besides engine material refinements, the new Rack Electric Power Steering minimizes steering corrections with a quick gear ratio. The suspension is redesigned with more mounting points for rigidity, and the rear features a new multi-link.

The new Vehicle Motion Control works with the available Intelligent All-Wheel Drive system and Drive Mode Selector to make adjustments down to the wheel level. It predicts how the driver will interact with the vehicle and gently applies braking, steering and acceleration to enable smoother performance.

And if these additional features aren’t enough, the available ProPILOT Assist adds four driving modes outside of the standard configuration. With a turn of a dial, you can select Off-road, Snow, Eco and Sport using the Drive Mode Selector.

The 2021 Nissan Rogue enhances safety and driver assistance technologies

Each Rogue includes a suite of technologies that upgrade driver assistance, collision avoidance, and pedestrian and cyclist detection. This includes: Intelligent Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Rear Intelligent Emergency Braking, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Blind Spot Warning, Lane Departure Warning and High Beam Assist.

All models include 10 standard air bags and individual crumple zones that provide an additional layer of protection.

The Rogue offers convenience technologies, including wireless Apple CarPlay. Any occupant can start CarPlay from their iPhone and place it back in their bag, purse or pocket and establish a seamless transfer of entertainment. Available wireless charging integrates a wide variety of phone types. Just place the phone on the centre console’s charger platform and let the Rogue do the charging.
